An Introduction to Twining (Part Two) is the second of a linked series of three, two-part classes.  We will build on the skills already taught in Part One, in which the basics of the technique of twining are introduced. Part Two broadens skills with the teaching of new bases and more ideas for borders.

Specific skills you will learn

Learn how to weave a variety of bases as a starting point for pods.
Different techniques for bases – crossing warps, threading warps, weaving patterns in warps
Different shapes for bases
Weaving flat, reversing twining
Making a more complex woven base
